I collaborated with Gloo to build a workflows feature to replace an existing, less intuitive feature called series. I worked with Gloo’s product and engineering team to deliver an efficient solution that will scale with the product. Final deliverables included new design system components and detailed designs that outlined every interaction that ensured a smooth handoff and seamless implementation.
This project required collaboration with many different teams across the organization including product, engineering, and customer success. It also required structured and asynchronous communication and close collaboration with the engineering team. I was challenged by the complexity of the project and the cascading effect that these changes had across the product. Ultimately those challenges were overcome by strong UX practices and seeking constant feedback from the team.
